As always Laura delivered on my service experience. Even when Jose who took my car in on Tuesday afternoon for the Wednesday morning oil change dis not infoem Laura the cR was there until nearly 2pm Laura jumped on it and got it taken care of right away.

Laura was fantastic! However, please note that I was calling for 3 days trying to schedule my service and in the end had to drive to the dealership and see Laura to set up an appointment. Your online scheduling app does not work either and whoever had set up this system should be fired immediately

I was sent a text in the morning. When I responded to the text with a question, I got no response. In fact I sent several texts during the course of the day all with no response. I dropped off my car around 7:15 for an 8:00 am appointment. Yet when I got off of work and came to get my car after 4:30 pm, my car was still not finished. No one called me at all to communicate about the status of my car. I called twice and was told I would get a return call which never came. Usually they put a sticker inside the car showing when my next oil change should be. No sticker. Did they really change my oil? Also, they did not fix the other issue I brought the car in for and I had to go back and talk to the service advisor about it after I got in the car to drive it home.

Service advisor excellent. Tech however armature and did not follow instructions. This is the reason why I don't go to service department. Constant failure
