She was fantastic to work with! Her communication was outstanding. She responded quickly and provided updates daily. She was proactive and supportive. I brought in my Jeep after Jiffy Lube ruined the engine. She helped me through the process of working with Jiffy Lube. Because of her experience, she was able to reassure me of how things would work out and she was spot on until we received a new engine. No car wash. Asked for help to change odometer km to miles on my other Jeep Grand Cherokee 2017 which was also purchased from Bob Baker and instead of being given instructions how to make the change, I was told it’s on the steering wheel or to bring the vehicle in. I have been trying to make the change on the steering wheel for a month.
I had an oil change. I’m always satisfied with the service. One complaint is minor but I do expect to have a new sticker that will tell me when my next oil change will be . Thank you. Linda G

Victoria was friendly and responsive. I had an issue and your service department was unable to find it and fix it. I guess that happens sometimes. Your people didn’t have enough time for a personal touch to try to troubleshoot the problem, therefore, I’m left with out resolution.

I waited two hours thinking I was getting an oil change and a recall. I was told 2 hours with fixing the recall. Two hours later they only did the oil change. It took way too long for the express service.
