Gilbert was fantastic, communicative, respectful and kind. However, I am unhappy with how the parts department bungled my order. I had to wait 2.5 days for what was supposed to be next day delivery on a part because the LA distributor didn't put my part on the truck- even though the order was correct. When the shipment arrived my part was not on the truck at recieving and no one knew until I had already driven well out of my way to get there as I don't live in the area/state. Then the 3rd day I had to come again at 1pm because they didn't have it on their morning shipment. I had to travel there 3 times to repair something that should have been completed the first time due to inventory confusion which was very frustrating. This review is no reflection on Gilbert as he worked well keeping me informed and doing everything that he could to complete the order in a timely manner.

When I bring my car in for simple service, for example oil change, or recall ??? there always seems to be a bigger problem. I was nonchalantly told I needed $650 worth of repairs, during this stressful time. When my vehicle was barely 2 years old, I was told I needed transmission work???? I have had 3 recall repairs, which were repaired free of course, but what an inconvenience .
