Customer service upon arrival was very unsatisfactory. Multiple employees on their cell phones Inside their offices, and I had to engage with them after waiting for 10mins. Even though there were at least 3-4 employees who walked past me as I waiting in the bay. Felt like I was inconvenience them. Not a friendly welcoming at all.
Actual vehicle service was average.

I check my car in at about 8:30 am and was promised the car in about 2 1/2 hrs. When I returned at 11:30 I was told it wouldn’t be ready until about 2:00. It seems as though your staff placed some other cars ahead of me. When I returned at 11:30 there were at least 6 or 7 people waiting for their cars. All of them were gone by 1:30.
Why would it take 6 hrs to evaluate the warranty items needed to be preformed?
Do you think your clients are unable to see what you placing as your priorities. Cash first warranty work later.

Had to go back the 51 miles because someone forgot to finish my service. Cost me my entire Friday at work, So someone could “ flash” my vehicle afterwords.

Gilbert let me know ahead of time how much I could expect to pay kinda like a worst case scenario. Which I feel is very integral for consumers during this pandemic. Every cent counts and even though my service was warrantied, I felt comfortable knowing how much it could have costed in case it was a non warranty issue. I also believe that Gilbert being a Jeep Wrangler enthusiasts himself makes his insight invaluable to me and my wife since she owns a JL. So a previous JK owner will let me know from his past experiences how to circumvent certain issues
Anthony is a fantastic service manager. I feel confident that my jeep will be 100% everytime he helps me.
