My service advisor was very proffesional during the complete process.
When I got there to try to pick up my vehicle before you guys closed the service representative told me she would be with me in a minute. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for her as she just Stood there next to another service advisor and listen to them talk to a customer. I couldn’t wait any longer so I figured I would just leave and wait for her to call me to pick up my vehicle at 4:20 she finally called I’m upset because now my car stuck there all weekend

Leather seat covers for my JK wrangler were incorrect design for the second time. Also the front heated seat features were missing.
Very dissatisfied since I sent Guermo a picture after the first set of covers were received incorrectly. Parts dept seems to have a problem communicating with Katzkin even though Katzkin have an excellent online design program.
Covers initially ordered in January so this process is taking too long.
