It was overall a good experience and Anthony was great. It just ended up taking the entire day, it was a hassle to get the rental car as a replacement vehicle while mine was getting fixed

Lack of communication. Made an appt for Fri. Requested Edgar, who always works on my Jeep & I trust him. It was not communicated that he was not on Laura’s team & it may cause some issues. Laura asked if I needed it back that day. I stated no, I got a rental. Thinking that it would be looked at the next day, being Saturday. At no time was it communicated it was closed for the weekend. I would have gone back & picked up my Jeep Friday. Monday Laura texted what was found. I requested that the warranty work & the sway bar links taken care of. Kept my Jeep til Tuesday. Still have the rental. Picked up my Jeep in the afternoon, after 1430. Warranty work was done but not the sway bar links. Laura then explained it took so much longer due to Edgar being on another team. She stated, next time I could ask for Gilbert, because Edgar is on his team. Which works our perfect, because I trust Gilbert. He worked on my Jeep at Firestone. I didn’t realize he was a Service Advisor. She apologized for the time it took & miscommunication. I understand ya’ll are busy. I’ve had the amazing pleasure & trusted relationship built up with Victoria. Her customer service & communication was top notch!!! That was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had there. I’ve been bringing my Jeep to this location since I bought her. I’ll be sure to request Gilbert as my service advisor next time. I was looking to buy another vehicle once my Jeep is paid off, which is in a few months. I was considering coming back to this dealer. Rethinking this idea now. Respectfully, Tammy Kozerski

It was long and very uncomfortable that no- one even addressed me after waiting for at least 5 minutes. When I did ask someone for help. He asked what I needed and I said. “Someone who will be nice to me and an oil change” He found a nice person Anthony/ Carlsbad and he made the long wait of 2 1/2 hours tolerable!!!!! Thank you Anthony!! Besides the dentist Bob Baker service center is my least favorite place to go!!! SAD since I’ve bought 3 cars there!! Next one will be a different dealership!!!

Anthony was was wonderful! He had to get a part from another place and wasn’t sure if he could have my car ready on Friday. Lo and behold, I got a text that my car was ready at 3:30!! I was so happy and grateful to have my only car fixed before the weekend!! Thank you Anthony for getting it done!

Gilbert was Awatre of My personal situation and Worked Hard to help Me in Need. this was my second time in for Rodent Damage. the Repairman ,also Listened Well and Helped Me out tremendously
