Resolved my issues with my car with care
So grateful you switched our service advisor and now we have Sean. He is so much easier to deal with and to get ahold of. He is also very courteous and considerate of the fact that it is a nuisance to be without your car.
Disappointed that the OBDII plug was not re-covered and a tail-light cover was removed on one side. Vehicle returned to me with one cover? Who does that? Very disappointed.
