I drove my fully charged 500e from Chula Vista to get my driver’s side window repaired under warranty. I asked that my car be recharged because it only had 42% charge by the time I got to Bob Baker in Carlsbad. Was assured that my car would be charged to make it back to Chula Vista. When I went to pick up my car, I was pleased to see that the window was repaired and did not have to pay. Was disappointed that my car was not charged up. I had to wait for almost an hour to before I could get my car charged up to 62% so I could go home.

Took to long to complete the service
At my request Gilbert specifically wrote FIVE tires to be rotated on the work order. On arrival at home I noticed that only FOUR ( no spare) were rotated. Doesn't give me confidence re future visits.
We love our Jeep. We recently sold all four of our Mercedes as an effort to down size and get away from Hoehn after so many bad experiences with service. So bad we involved Mercedes corporate and changed to Mercedes San Diego. We were hesitant to us your dealership as it only received a rating of 2 1/2 stars. We also were disappointed in being taken advantage of during the purchase of our new car. Many people we spoke with experienced similar situations that caused us the leave Hoehn. I feel that it is very unlikely that this will happen to us as the car is new and with Jeeps history nothing should go wrong with the car for the first 100k. Also the fact that we have no problem working with corporate if anything is questionable. We look forward to a long and respectful relationship with your company and if you need any communication from us just call.

The work was incomplete, improperly done. The work sheet indicated that all was checked and in order , but I had to turn around and return the vehicle to have them correct the problem. This is no way to provide quality workmanship.

I give him 10/10 I give him the rate 10/10 in the best costumers services , for the job of Smart shields of interior I did not recognize any cover of it . That’s is only one I am concerning
