I was charged almost $1000 for a part that had previously been replaced by Jeep Poway. I was made to pay for the same repair AGAIN even though it should have been under warranty. I am going to complain to the BBB.
Unfortunately Chrysler took a long time to deliver the needed parts. No fault of Baker’s parts people. And Chrysler could not provide another needed part.
My Service manager Anthony Norton provided courteous efficient attention to my jeep service issue and returned my vehicle in a very timely manner, especially considering it was a no charge service bulletin repair. Very impressed and would not hesitate to purchase a new vehicle from Bob Baker Jeep in the future. Give this man a raise!
