I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30 with the understanding that they were extremely busy due to COVID. I was told that it may be as late as 2:00 before it would be finished. I didn’t receive any updates as to whether I needed my tires rotated. I did, however, get a text at 3:30 to say the work was complete. Just a quick text around 2, would have been nice!

No one shows up till 8:00 am , really ? Most people have to be at work before that . Then I have to leave a note , then call to make sure they understand the note. I’m sure you can hire more people . Your hours are totally unsatisfactory , plus your phone service is terrible - you can’t hire someone to answer live ? I shouldn’t have to wait and figure out who what when calling . The service department needs more support so they can do their jobs . There are so many unemployed I can not believe you can not find a few could people .
