Excellent service

Brought my sons 2015 keep Cherokee sport in to get a back up sensor installed. After two days I received a call that it was done. I got dropped off at the dealership to pay and pick it up. As I was driving out of the dealer lot I realized the sensor sound was activated each time I depressed the brake. This happened the entire way home. Once home I put the car in reverse to see if the sensor at least worked. It didn’t. Called Laura my advisor and door her the problem. I also said I was mad that it wasn’t driven to test the sensor before I was called. Got another ride to drop it off and then pick it up 2 days later. I asked that the mechanic drive the car before calling me to tell me it was ready. Once I picked it up I found it that the sensor was not going if when I depressed the brake like before. I put the car in reverse to check the sensor. It only activates when I’m within 2 feet of an obstacle. This was a horrible experience both on the jeep product sensor and the service experience. I hope I don’t need to go back for anything in the future.

The service was great but in the past few year service itself has went up expeditiously. Customers dont even get a complementary carwash, vacuum, or a window cleaning. One would figure with service charge so high dealership can provide one.
