The service writing area has a toll booth feel to it, with cars and drivers waiting for assistance. The service writing area is not conducive to a relaxed interaction between the customer and the service writer. I realize that during the COVID-19 pandemic, operational protocols will make things less comfortable for everyone.
I feel the service of my car was satisfactory.

I was informed that my Jeep was ready with less than an hour to pick it up before you closed on Friday. I relied multiple times asking if I could pick it up the next morning with no reply. Then the next morning i found that your service department was closed all weekend, leaving me without a car.
