Mr. Sean completely picked up the ball dropped by another associate. Not only was he able to get me quickly in and out when dropping off my Jeep, the work was done hours earlier than what I was originally told when scheduling. Overall completely satisfied and will not be grumbling if/when I have to take my Jeep in again in the future.

The only issue that could be improved was communication. Both Laura and I had difficulties with the text messaging service. It was not very good. Other than that I am completely happy.

I was super happy that Gilbert took care of my vehicle. I was so happy to pick it up and find out that the work they did was under warranty and I didn’t have to pay out of pocket! Great job!!!
Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I had an appointment, and the lube and oil change and rotating tires was supposed to take only 90 minutes. 4 hours later no car done I finally walked home. It was delivered about an hour later, and it was obvious the mechanic did not put air in the tires. One tire was down to 28 PSI one other one was up to 35 PSI. The receipt showed that everything was checked and completed which was not true. I drove the car back to the dealership and by then my day went from 10 a.m. all the way until 6 pm. Gilbert and the mechanic put air in my tires and test drove it. I am assuming the oil was changed. Gil assured me it was, but I have my doubts. Niki C
Anthony Norton went above and beyond. He greeted me right away (and I’ll be honest, that usually doesn’t happen when I go there), he was friendly and professional and it felt like he cared. I appreciated it.
