I was totally disappointed that after waiting 2 hours to get my defective running boards replaced that the new ones were also defective. So now we start over after wasting my time. Why weren’t the replacements checked before settling up my appointment?

Laura took the time to go out of her way to make a lengthy phone call to the shop, about a repair question I had. She was cool and pleasant, answered my questions, and I'm happy to return after the way she helped me today. The employees I spoke with before Laura assisted me kindly, and were genuinely helpful as well. Thank you again, Laura, and to the crew that day that helped me out!

Gilbert was great and did his job. But system takes advantage of its patrons. NoNE if the 4 issues I came in for actually were resolved. None. And yet I got a bill for $1450. 165 to tell me what I already knew? Thats why I broight the car in. What a joke. I am a very loyal Jeep owner. But I will never bring a vehicle back for service.

Laura did a good job. Considering that what she did was to write up a service order. I find it hard to believe that it took nearly two hours to discover that the key fob you folks programmed about six weeks ago was the still defective and the tech needed to get the correct one to re-program. I appreciate that it now works and hope that it continues to work. Also when the tech is done with the vehicle, it would be nice if they wiped the grease and grime off of the carpet and door sill. I am aware that they put a paper on the floor but it gets moved around when entering the vehicle. Thank you.

Gilbert was my guy and was terrific. After giving notice that my Jeep wouldn't be ready until the next dayx he quickly called to say I could have it same-day and stayed after his shift to accommodate. Plus, Gilbert is very pleasant. It's nice when people are nice and Gilbert is nice.

You should inform people that their appointment times basically mean nothing other than you expect them there at that time. My appointment was for 10:30 but my van wasn't even looked at until after 12:00. It wasn't fixed until almost 2. It would of been nice to know this ahead of time.

My car was not assembled even close to how it was when I dropped it off for maintenance. I took photos which show this. I also was charged for two new keys and given them, they do not work and I wish to get a refund for them as they were not cheap.

When picking up my car after repair, I noticed the tires had not been inflated to recommended tire pressure ratings. The maintenance summary claims they were inflated to 36 PSI. But I wrote down the PSI before and after servicing. They did not change, and were about 3-4 PSI below the recommended pressure. As you know CA law requires this.
