Horrible customer service... gilbert did not keep me updated...my car was there 3 weeks... no offer on rental car...first they said part was coming in 1 week... then they said part wasn’t coming in for another 7 days...then they said part would be in last Monday... finally called service manager to complain...finally got follow up phone calls next day... I love my car but hate dealing with your service...even before Covid. I have to sell my car because of my experience with your dealership...
