A few minor complaints or maybe miscommunications. When I have had an extensive overhaul of my vehicle previously, the vehicle was washed, the gas tank filled, and the oil filled. I was appropriately charged for these services and assumed that they would be included with your dealership’s services. The items that were needed and requested appears to be done professionally and well. I am gifting the car to my daughter-in-law and her husband tomorrow.
Vehicle was not taken back until an hour after my appointment. When I asked, I was told an appointment only gets you in line for service not actually holds a time for service.
