To be honest, I was not confident that Bob Baker would listen to my concerns. Gilbert is the first person that I felt had my best interest and service in mind. I trust him with my car.
when we dropped our fiat at the service dept. it was running fine but after we picked it up it is not fine. Running ruff and making noises. Not happy at all. Probably won't be back ever. Barbara Graham

After receiving the vehicle back from the dealership notice something that were broken on the inside of the vehicle. I also notice my steering wheel wasn’t aligned at all and wasn’t told about it. But overall satisfied with the constant communication.

My service was fine but there was a large miscommunication about the ability to pick up my keys and attain my car after hours. 0800 to 1700 is not a realistic time to have a service station open for people who also work normal hours. Either weekend service or early/ later hours would be greatly appreciated.

From the service advisor Laura Jimenez she kept me informed about how things were going in repairing the issue with my car not passing the emissions test. Very pleased with the customer service. Also was very happy with the service technition who cleared the code malfunctions with the onboard computer in the Fiat. It's nice to have people who know what they're doing when working on the customers car.
