Laura seemed a little bothered every time I’d call to see what’s going on with my vehicle. My vehicle was there for 15 days and everything is supposed to be covered under warranty but the car rental was only for 5 days. When I picked up my car I asked her if she had called Mopar about the extra days. She said she would just submit the paperwork and it should be fine. She told me I had to call them directly because they were going to have to reimburse me. I called Mopar and they said she needed to call and get pre approval. I mailed them my invoice of $524 and hoping it gets fully reimbursed but due to the inconsistency and communication issues who knows if I’ll get fully reimbursed. Also, when I got my car back a quick rinse would of been nice as it looked like it was sitting outside for 15 days with water dirt spots all over it. Especially when I heard an attendant tell her another Jeep was ready but it was getting washed. I usually take my car to Jack Powell but they were booked out so until mid April and recommended you. I thought it would be the same customer service as them but it was far from it. I’ll be going back to Jack Powell even if I have to wait.
Service manager Anthony was very polite and knew his stuff.
Great service all around and Anthony communicated extremely well. Very pleased with timely service.
Everything all seems good. Glad to have a new place to take my Jeep as I just moved from Escondido.

Laura Jimenez didn’t provide any service. She wasn’t there when I checked in. She didn’t contact me during my appointment. She wasn’t there 2 1/2 hours later to check me out after service was completed

Sean is fantastic! This is my first Jeep that I’ve owned & I’ve traveled to so many different states & national parks. Sean takes great care of me & my Wrangler so I can keep going on adventures :). Sean is great at communicating with me, he is great at answering any questions I have, & I trust him.

Gilbert is awesome. I had a 60,000 mile service done a short time ago (Feb) including rear differential. Car runs great now. Noticed differential fluid dripping on garage floor immediately after service. Called Gilbert and scheduled follow up. He stated that there would be an inspection fee of $250.00. The plug for the differential was causing the leak and is a $12.00 part. Plug was replaced today and Gilbert had to charge me $160.00 to replace it. I am asking for consideration because the leak started immediately after the service. Inspection fee should be waived. Again Felix is excellent and at no fault here. Thanks very much

One of the issues I took the car in for was a dash light that says 4WD requires service. I also needed a battery and oil change. I was told that the tech had changed the battery and cleared all the dash lights. The 4WD alert is still on.
