The diagnostics report was not fully clear/specific.. it said the battery was weak but it did not clarify that the car was not starting up. So they fixed everything else, and delivered my car after using the backup battery to start it up. The diagnostics report should have clarified that a weak battery was not allowing normal starts. I was very displeased to be told do not turn your car off right now because it’s not going to start up again. At least the guy that delivered brought the issue to my attention before I left the facility. Customer service has a lot of room for improvement. Also, my experience from the time I dropped off the car was not the best. Interactions I had with the service department were mostly through the automatic tools. I never received a phone call from an expert explaining the issues with the car and the plan. I would like more direct interaction. However at the end of today when I realized the battery was not working , the person who interfaces with me was e extremely helpful, understanding, and prompt. I appreciated his help tremendously. Laura seems like a very nice person but she was nowhere to be found when we dealt with the battery issue today. Please call me if you would like to discuss my experience some more. ****-****-xxxx

I was completely surprised to learn about the jeep having 2 batteries and Gilbert explained the fixes and we trusted his costs of repair... Plus getting a breakdown of the needs my car. Which I already set up an appointment to finish the repair work... Christina
