Gilbert was very helpful, no problem with him. But you guys schedule WAY too many people there at the same time. The line was crazy long to drop off the Jeep for service, and no one could get to me for at least 15 minutes while I sat there. The place was jam packed. Really makes having an appointment kind of pointless and frustrating, making me not want to go there again. And we bought our last two vehicles there.

I was glad that the problem was taken care of so efficiently and quickly. I was a little unhappy that the oils and fluids that were drained out of the vehicle for the repair were not wiped off of the splash shield. At least wipe the puddled fluid off so it doesn’t blow on other areas when driving. Thank You. Eddie Grooms

Well when we pulled up we were asked who we had an appointment with. We had no idea and the person looked on a paper that was hanging on the wall and said that we were supposed to meet with Sean and then walked away. He then came back a few minutes later to tell us that Sean wasn’t there and someone would be with us. Then we waited and waited and finally I asked someone that was sitting at his desk if he could help us. We were then quoted a $450 bill for the maintenance that should have been covered by Mopar. When we explained that to him he looked into and then quoted us $350. We explained that we were only there to cover the items covered by the Mopar plan and they took the car back. We picked up the car and we’re told that everything looks good. As I drove down to Cannon the check engine light was on! I understand that we only got the 30,000 miles service but I guess I also have an expectation that we wouldn’t be told that everything looked good but still have a check engine light on. I did appreciate the car wash, that was a pleasant surprise! I guess overall my feedback would be to work on customer service.

Gilbert was fantastic. He greeted me as soon as I arrived and offered to help me as I was early for my appointment. Did a great job setting my expectations on how long it would take and what needed to be done. Then he kept me informed along the way and got the work done sooner! It was a pleasure working with him.

Service was fast and efficient. I really like my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth. The service was a warranty re-program for the transmission module. The service attendant found my address in the system was wrong and corrected it so now I will get future notification in a timely manner. Thanks!
