I arrived at your dealership Thursday last week from Indiana, and was greeted Anthony. I explained I thought the van was running rough -could he take a look at it? He said he was busy- taking appointments 2 weeks in advance.. in spite of that he said could I come back Monday and he would work it in.When I returned he promptly got the van in the shop- did diagnostic and a test drive and then told me they found no problem- it was safe to drive and if I had any problem, come on back.i am so appreciate of his professionalism and concern for my safety- thank you so much ! Anthony went way above and beyond -setting a very high bar for your dealership service department. It means a lot to show kindness to a retired teacher on a "bucket list" adventure-thanks again!

My car was there from Monday April 26th till today May 7th. The Recall on EcoDiesel. Of course both the dealer and MANUFACTURERS ( FCA)do not offer a loaner/rental car. This has been waiting since Dec 2019 for parts.
The disappointment when I got the car back was it was filthy. Not a great way to to go. I have had good experiences in all service prior. As far as RAM. FCA I must say I am considering joining the Class Action Lawsuit over this issue and disappointed they do not value me as a customer. As my vehicle failed on a Friday I was without a vehicle for two weeks Thur no fault of my own on a over 1 1/2 year recall that could not be serviced. A safety recall.
Service Advisor was very professional and helpful. Kept me Informed the whole time. Service was quick. I will definitely come back again.

She stayed later because I was running late so that she could meet me to pay and pick up my Jeep.
