We love our 2020 Durango after owning two Grand Cherokees all of which were purchased new. Gilbert is exceptional and although a seam in our radiator was beginning to leak coolant, he recommended replacing the radiator which remains under warranty. Truly appreciated! Ten stars all the way. I am satisfied and content with the mechanical services done to my vehicle. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the lack of the service representative communication,I had to call several of times to get a hold of my service representative to find out the status on the arrival of the parts for my vehicle.

I dropped my JGC off last Wednesday and the service writer said he would call me Thursday and be done by Friday. I've heard nothing, left messages this morning. No return calls. Had to drive to the dealership to inquire but they could find out anything. No vehicle, no info as of this Monday PM. David L
