Communication was poor and was not quoted the ~$160 diagnostic fee for approval. Was told that the check engine line and code history indicated EVAP Canister had to be replaced - I declined service, had faults scanned at O'Reilly and no code history appeared. Was told that a headlight bulb was out and quoted a ridiculous amount for a $15 bulb which I then ordered on Amazon and declined having the dealer replace it. Magically, when I got the car all bulbs were working and unless the dealership is in the habit of replacing bulbs for free, then this was the second outright lie. Also quoted a ridiculous amount of money because the code scanner returned that all 4 TPMS tire batteries were low and needed to be replace. I took the car back to Firestone who indicated that is impossible as all 4 tires were installed new on May 2nd. Third outright lie. I'm so disgusted by this treatment and the detective work I had to do to avoid being scammed that I'd rather take the car to Temecula or Orange Coast Fiat than risk my money at Bob Baker.
Overall highly satisfied, but only would like more frequent updates. I seemed to get texts hours after inquiring and only knew my jeep was ready after I called Laura to ask
Gilbert was especially sensitive to my concerns and was very helpful getting the issues with my Pacifica resolved.
The service agent was very friendly and helpful. My car was completed within the time frame he anticipated.
