it has been about 8 years since any major seravice was needed, so the repairs were not unexpected. Seems to be running well now.
Anthony was awesome! I was frustrated that I had to leave 2 messages before someone got back to be to schedule an appointment. Yes, I'm old school...id rather talk to someone to schedule the appointment but why can't someone answer the phone?

Long wait time, too many additional charges, difficult to get ahold of someone on the phone, no one there to greet you when you arrive (have to approach service advisors in their office and try to figure who is supposed to help you), didn’t have me on the schedule even though I scheduled over the phone, no complimentary car wash, the ride service was unsatisfactory, had difficulty providing me printed copies of my paperwork, too many text messages from too many different numbers
