This was an excellent experience and Juan had gone above and beyond to assist me and, quite frankly, make up for a prior poor experience. I watch this gentleman quickly assist me along with others that were in line with professionalism and speed. He was observed multitasking and working closely & respectfully with the technicians in order to make sure everyone was being cared for as efficiently as possible. Juan’s outstanding customer service truly made my day and I look forward to his assistance in the future with regard to the care and service of my prized Jeep.
