2nd time bringing it in in 6 months for drained batteries. Could not determine the issue. Still waiting on parts to be ordered and installed for possible radio screen issue. Car still not fixed

Terrible customer service engagement. Unclear and unresponsive to inquiries about issue on vehicle. It was like pulling teeth talking to Laura. Very unsatisfactory experience.

The cat has not been fixed. We paid $1600 dollars and the problem is the same. No one tested if it was fixed and send the car back still broken.

Laura was very professional. The issue I had with my vehicle was under warranty but I was charged for a rental car. This is the first higher end car I've bought. I owned a Kia and they gave me a rental at no charge when my car had to go in for a recall. Fortunately, I only had to pay for a day because my issue was resolved under a day. Which I appreciate. That was the only complaint I had.

My experience is always great with this dealership. This was especially great for this last recall issue. Gilbert made immediate accommodations to allow my vehicle to get repaired. I was not aware that the recall would delay my registration for the Charger and was able to get everything done in the same day. Gilbert was awesome and is a great representation of a top notch dealership and business.
