This man has performed above and beyond the expectations and experience I had had owning a Porsche, Mercedes, Toyota, and many other top new vehicles. The services I had reinforced my faith in the Jeep brand, I have a Jeep Cherokee 2019, and now am also the proud owner of a brand new Jeep Compass from your dealership this past year for the same reasons. Please send this man to corporate offices or some form of promotion, in every experience I’ve had with him has been a pleasure beyond measure. I wish all dealerships had his motivation and dedication to the customer service experience.

Juan with Jeep Carlsbad is fantastic! I was in a crunch when my Unconnected failed to properly update and ultimately drained my battery. I quickly called a few different Jeep dealership’s in San Diego and left a voicemail for the service department and was lucky enough that Jan answered when I called over to Jeep Carlsbad. Not only was I relieved to hear someone answer the phone but he was familiar with the issue and said to bring my car in when possible. Quick jump on my battery and Juan took care of the rest. 5 star service and absolutely recommend.
