I am having a hard time reaching someone in your service Dept to find out when my part ordered will be in so I can have a time line for keeping my rental car. I was also told that I would not be charged a diagnostic charge since my shy roof can not be fixed. I have a $500.00 charge for an original estimate that I’m told is the diagnostic charge. Can someone please contact me. I work retail. I’m off by 7:15 pm. I can receive a call from 9 am till 10:15 am this week and I can call during my lunch break. Thank you Yvette H
With Gilbert, I feel that my Jeep is in great hands and this time was no exception. My 2018 Jeep was showing corrosion around the hinges and at the bottom of the doors and he called in the right person (Morgan Sellon) to remedy the issue and it turned out flawless. It’s great to know that I can count on Gilbert to make sure the job get's done right!

It seems the service has declined over the last 3 years. I bought my Jeep in 2016 and loved coming here. I have had issues every time recently. Your employees seem over worked and overwhelmed which puts them in an unprofessional bad mood. They talk about customers negatively out in the open. I witnessed a tech give a guest the wrong Jeep after service. This is wrong on so many levels. The lack of organization and communication is embarrassing. If I didn’t purchase a service plan when I bought my Jeep I would shop elsewhere. Change your people or change your people.
Gilbert was quick to help, answered all my questions and once saw that I was there waiting, ensured that my vehicle was a priority and was able to accomplish the sooner than expected. Highly recommended
