I called and left the service department a message a couple weeks ago, stated that my car made an awful noise when I applied the brakes, I wasn't sure if the car was safe to drive. No call back. I called again, no appointments available for over a week. I had just purchased new brakes from you in December so I felt that I shouldn't have brake problems so soon and waited for an upcoming appointment. My power steering went out and my brakes didn't work while I was driving, had to use the e brake to stop. Then had to have my vehicle towed to you. I wish you would have prioritized my car before it had to be towed. I feel like brakes are an important issue. I was then told the rear brakes were completely worn down. I don't understand why it wasn't recommended that they be replaced when the front ones were done? Laura told me that the technician had noted evidence of rodents but didn't believe it had caused any of the problems. When I picked up my vehicle it was making a rattling noise from the front right. Laura offered for me to bring it back the following week and it could be repaired. I went home and lifted the hood, discovered multiple rats nests and piles of palm nuts. My husband has had this same problem with his truck and the dealership he goes to took photos of the nests, sent them to us and cleaned everything out so that it was safe. If you can't do that, I understand, but at least advise me that I need to do it. It has to be problematic and the fact someone saw it and just left it like that is disappointing. To be clear, Laura is always helpful and provides excellent service. I'm mostly disappointed that rear brakes were not recommended when front brakes were, that I didn't get a call back when I left a message, that a brake issue wasn't prioritized and that at the very least I wasn't told there was a lot of debris that needed to be removed from everywhere under the hood. The dealership is not the cheapest place to take my car, I go there because I thought it would mean quality work was being done. It's hard to believe everything was inspected when it was covered up with rat debris.

Juan did an amazing job communicating throughout the process. I have recently had frustrating experiences where nobody is answering the phone at the service center. Juan assured me that I can call him directly with any future needs. I hope that I don’t need anything but routine maintenance did quite a while, but I plan to work with Juan for any future needs.

Juan was a very good service manager. Very patient and kept us informed. But the service at Bob Baker jeep is abominable. We paid $900 last week to get the ignition fixed and then the car still stalled on me twice since then. Super, very dangerous. And then the parts manager keeps a secret stash of these parts? What will Chrysler think of that?

I tried to submit a coupon for my oil change however it was not with Bob Baker however it was with Jeep Mopar that was declined by service representative. Can you please clarify what oil change coupons are accepted at Bob Baker ? Thank you Christine
