Awesome Service Department
I was completely satisfied with the service and the professionalism shown by the service personnel.
Upon arrival to pick up our vehicle we told the service rep we were there for our car and he said he would take care of it and then we waited 40 minutes until someone finally asked if we needed help and we said we thought Julian was taking care of it and as it turns out ha had not done anything that whole time and the gentleman helping us saiid that now they could not find our car on record for being ready and whenever we said Julian had called us to tell us it was ready and that was why we were there he said oh ok let me locate the vehicle and when he could not locate the vehicle he had someone go back into the lot and find it. Then we finally got our car back after almost one hour only to return it 150 miles later because it was still not fixed.

I did tell Bobby to just replace the Battery since it was more than 5 years old and had drained itself. I was charged for a fully set of the battery whichbwas completely unneeded. Furthermore, when zi got home in the mail was a certificate for $50 with service more than) $150. Called accounting and they are looking into whether it can be applied for rebate.
