They lost my car (forgot to service), then when i returned to pick up, rushed the job and at the very least messed up inflation on tires, left front 1-2 psi above right, may have neglected to balance tires and my alignment feels off.
Will did an awesome job. Very personable. The repairs took a little longer than expected and so he offered me a free rental in the meantime. Could not be more satisfied.

But, the weather stripping didn’t fit, so now I have to come in a third time as they had to reorder. Thus is a 2020 Outback, my four, the quality on the 2020 is not as it has been. Once the part comes in I will need to bring in my car again ????. Will was brilliant in keeping me less stressed.
