Everyone I came in contact with at the Subaru Service Center was kind and helpful. Tanner was super transparent from the start giving me a run down of what my potential costs could be. He kept me informed throughout the process - I appreciate the good communication. I met some sales staff as well and they were great! I’ll 100% be back when it’s my time for a new Subaru.

We set an appointment last week with your parts department saying that they could easily get the part in time and we even gave our selves a few extra days cushion so that we would have the part prior to our scheduled appointment. We received a text yesterday saying looking forward to our appointment today,I showed up on time they took the car I went for a walk then I got a call from the service writer saying they did not have the part in and I would have to reschedule. Why would you send us a text saying come in for your appointment if you don’t have the part what a waste of time

eric met me as soon as I arrived for my appointment. I had a couple of questions about my maintenance schedule and he looked me up in the computer and explained everything to me. He also gave me an estimated time that my vehicle would be ready and he was very close to being exactly on time. I was very happy with my experience today.

Eric was very personable and attentive! I did specifically request to have our navigation system looked at, as it shows the vehicle was in Palm Springs when the vehicle was in Oceanside. A software upgrade was performed and Eric told me the issue was addressed. On my drive back home, I turned on navigation system and the issue was not resolved. I called Eric and he apologized and suggested I bring the vehicle back this week and they would try to resolve. I noticed my comments about the nav problem were noted on my service report, but nobody checked to see if the vehicle located was corrected. I will need to bring that car back for another service. It not a major deal, as we typically use the nav on our phones. The return visit is an inconvenience.
