Colton was easy to work with and very helpful. He listened to all my concerns and resolved them quickly. I look forward to working with him again. The original purpose of the appt was to install a new fuel pump as part of a Subaru recall. I made the service appointment about a month ago with the understanding that we needed the fuel pump replaced. So I was surprised to learn that due to the fact that our car is a 3.6 and requires a larger pump that the service dept was out of stock. So we need to bring the car back next week when you have the pump in stock. I’d like to think that you (the dealership) have the resources to plan your inventory to support recall service appointments. That would have made yesterday’s service a one and done. It serves both of us better! I’m sure the pandemic has made all this more difficult and complicated but I thought I’d pass it on. Thank you!
