Tanner was great, as usual. The wait was longer than expected.
The service department didn’t write down the correct information wanted done.
What I wanted written down was
A lease buy out
Dentless repair
A rental car
A FOD
Per agreement sold to me when I leased car.
What happened
A salesman try to sale me a "service ageement” plus service.
I said NO!
Zach in service would not Agee to rental car, would NOT return my calls.
I went to two credit managers. They were great. They went.to Zach to explain the agreement that was that was sold to me.
Bottom line I got rental car and a FOD. The part department who help me was great.
The salesman who tried to sale me the service agreement told me I had to talk to Chase Bank, did not offer a phone number. Zach would not return my call. I will not be using Bob Baker in the future.
Perfect service, also I was offered a loaner car which was very useful and nice to have for the day , thanks.

Tanner is fantastic! He is absolutely helpful every time I bring my vehicle in for maintenance and taking care of all my issues/problems. I really appreciate him and his professionalism. He really provides the best customer service and does a great job!

Zach is very knowledgeable about the Subaru products. He is courteous, respectful, honest, and friendly. I enjoy working with him on both of my Subarus. He goes above and beyond to made sure my cars are service correctly and on time. Subaru are great cars, and Zach makes it an easy decision to buy my third Subaru from Bob Baker next year!
