Erik went above and beyond in every aspect. When there was a hold up on a part, he made sure I was taken care of with a loaner while waiting a couple extra days for my vehicle to be complete. The guy is a customer service rockstar and I really appreciate all of the attention and focus he puts on the customer. It truly didn’t go unnoticed
I am not a happy camper. At first when I dropped it off they asked if I wanted to stick around, shouldn’t take that long. Wasn’t ready for 48 hours. Didn’t even fix the noise issue I am having.
