Julian went out of his way to point out a potential radiator/hose leak in addition to my original complaint as well as reviewing my car’s past records. We discussed the age of my car. Even though I never received the final diagnosis, I decided to buy a newer car I found on the lot. Julian was extremely kind and professional.
