William was the best part of my service experience at Bob Baker VW. He was professional, friendly and proactive- I appreciated his help very much. Shout out to Julian, too, who offered to page William when he noticed I had been waiting for him. This was after I had contact with 2 other service staff who seemed indifferent once they found out I was waiting to pick up my vehicle.

I asked for a car wash and it wasn’t washed when I got my car back. Brenden told me I had to request it, but I had. However, he took it and washed it quickly. He was very nice though.
I waited all day for the phone call that my car was ready to be picked up. At 3 I'm ok I started calling to see if it was ready. Phone disconnected the first 3 calls. The 4 the, I left a message after I finay got through. No CA back At4 I called again a d waited for almost 19 minutes to be told it was ready. Seeing that the Dealership closed at 4:39, it was a hassle to get a ride there before closing. The gentleman who helped was very nice of but it was a wasted day and very frustrating.
Julian was excellent. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and extremely helpful. He's a "keeper" in my opinion and is a great ambassador for the organization. Feel free to contact me if you need more information. You can continue to count on our family being Subaru customers.
