What a blessing Bob Baker service department is to us!!! We expected to pay a large sum to have our Subaru fixed but Tanner was able to get us covered for the entire cost. We couldn’t be more grateful! Life has been a little tough this past year so getting this “gift” was a true blessing. We will be bringing our car here from now on!

Very nice from the minute I arrived. Was never ignored and they greeted me and took my information and I was out if there and on my way. When I picked up the car everything had been completed as I asked. The car had been washed too. Great job Bob Baker of Carlsbad!

Well I waited 2 hours for nothing. I came in to have my breaks replaced and had an appointment. I waa told I didn't need breaks and given my car back after 2 hours of waiting. I can hear my breaks screech I known I need breaks. I was so feed up with being there I left. You scored a 1 in service.

Tanner did a great job of handling a situation that didn’t start off too good. I was originally told the problem with my car with my fault and that I was closing my hatch too hard. On further inspection, they realized it was my fault. Norman, the manager, was very rude and at first refused to fix my car. He told me to call Subaru of America, which I did. They told him my car was under warranty and needed to be fixed free of charge. Tanner had told me my car would be ready for pick up on Monday. The car was not ready and Norman said it was my fault. That we shouldn’t have driven down with out a call from Tanner on Monday. Tanner apologized for Norman’s comment and apologized that car was not done. The wrong part was ordered and he forgot to call me. Car was picked up on Friday. Tanner was professional and nice. He had my car completely cleaned and detailed, which was nice.

Tanner is exceptional. Attentive, polite, listens, efficient. Asked appropriate questions. Good clarification skills. Offered to communicate through text messages given my phone not registering VM’s. Excellent follow up. Another service rep we like is JP. Very similar attributes. hi ??

Very responsive to duties. Not sales department. We leased car I wanted questions answer while car was being serviced. 1) Recommend lease 2020 Outbackl. 2) If we desire to lease how much $ for same model, with 15,000 mile per year, trailer hitch with 2” receiver 3) Wait for 2021’s 4) Just buy current car Thanks Gary W

Car smelled like cigarettes/tabacco upon return. Terrible smell...cannot get rid of the odor. Perhaps the smell was on someone’s clothing that worked on the car.
