The wrong oil was put in the car. Apparently what I signed up for (full synthetic oil) when I made the appointment online does not automatically get transferred over to the service write up. I have a tag placed next to the oil fill tube which states full synthetic oil only. This caused confusion for the service tech and he tried to get clarification but the service advisor was **** with a customer. Guessing they have to get cars in and out of there as quickly as possible the service tech went ahead with the conventional oil that was showing on the ticket. Part of the problem now is the customer does not receive a copy of the work order before the car is taken back. I might have caught the error then. But I think it strange that when notating what we want done with what online it does not automatically transfer to the work order. I contacted the service advisor about the error which I did not notice until I was at home. He was apologetic and they will make it good. I should state that based on online knowledge this error will not hurt the motor and that full synthetic can go back in at the next oil change. But I prefer full synthetic for the boxer motors.
Julian was helpful and kept me informed. He advised me about future repairs.
Give Tanner a raise! He was great and was able to answer and correct problems that previous service advisors couldn't!

It would be helpful if recall info was in the MySubaru app so I could be aware of special scheduling requirements.
Communication wasn’t good. I waited for 3hrs then checked and saw my car was off the rack. I specifically said no to a car wash so I could leave faster. When I saw my car was done my service guy was no where to be found. Eventually I asked someone else and they said he was at lunch, but when I mentioned my car being done sure enough my paperwork was sitting on his desk. Who knows how long I would’ve been waiting until he got back. All he had to do was tell me he was at lunch and update me on the status. Very frustrating as I probably waited 30 minutes longer than I had too.

I am sorry but I do not know who Julian Perez is. I had no contact with that person during my visit yesterday.
I leased a car 5-19-31 and my salesman was Matt Caufield. I was very pleased with him and all his efforts put forth to get us what we wanted.
Julian was great - very professional in person and on phone. He also helped me with a setting I wasn’t able to figure out myself.
