Zach provided superior service recovery following 3 previously very disappointing service appointments, for issues I was having with my car. He was personable and took great care in learning more about the issue and eventually troubleshooting to discover the source of the problem.

If Zachary was in sales I'd buy a car from him for sure! Every time I have been there he has been the one who helped me out and I haven't been disappointed yet. His boss should give him a raise. If Zachary wasn't the one who helped me the first time I was there I probably would've just been taking my car to any other Subaru dealer or shop that was closer. So give him a raise.
