I chose to wait for my car expecting a long wait, but I didn't expect that I would be there from 8am - 5:30+pm.
I appreciate the level of care that JP showed in making sure my car was well taken care of, however I would ask him to check on me more often next time to keep me updated. Had I realized that I would be waiting the entire day, I may have chosen to get a ride home.
