Actually. The service rep, Zack was awesome and service done was awesome. My only complaint would be the wash job they did on the car.
On a 1-10 scale a 5. I mean I spent 515.00 on service I would have expected a better wash job. Other than that everything was excellent.

Brent Hayzlett was and is a consummate professional. Brent greeted me like I was a welcomed friend. He listened to my concerns. He quickly processed my service request i.e. air bag recall & had me in a loaner car and on my way within 15-20 minutes. Brent kept me updated the entire time my Outback was being serviced. Brent had to deliver some unexpected news re: my parking brake but went above and beyond the call of duty to get me a loyal customer discount regarding the needed repair.
