I had made an appointment online and specifically requested a loaner vehicle. I was told upon arrival that they didn’t have any. I’m not sure what the point of making an appointment and request is. I was also sent home in a car that I am not sure if safe to drive. I will be getting a second mechanic to look at this car and determine if it is safe to drive. Very disappointed in Subaru today.
