Zach is awesome. Really took the time to understand and figure out a complex issue I was having. All the while making sure I understood what was going on and didn't get too frustrated. In the end everything got fixed and I couldn't be happier.

Ron deserves a raise. Great service positive attitudes . One thing that was kind of upsetting but not really was , there was no water in the wait room area. Still I’m being picky. Ron Davis was a perfect gentleman he helped us with getting a rental car and I couldn’t be more pleased with his concern of us as a customer.

Julian was very quick on getting the service started. Shuttle was good. I appreciated the texts that showed status. The job was finished in a timely manner. I think the cost of replacing a windshield is kind of ridiculous, but I realize most of the fault lies with Subaru rather than Bob Baker, I'll probably avoid getting another car with eyesight in the future.
