Will did a excellent job of making a special effort to show Bob Baker really wanted to fix our airbag, and then of course made sure we did all the other necessary 40000 mile work. We know the airbag issues is embarrassing for VW, and we were losing patience in the long delay, but job is done, we are happy.

Will has been taking care of my Legacy vehicles since I purchased them at your dealership.... both of them! service on the car is perfect. Called at 9:30 AM for a shuttle to pick me up...no shuttle...3 calls and finally Wayne said he was on the way. no one told him I needed a pickup.Service manager got a call from me. He sent Darius (not even a shuttle driver) who is a "PRINCE"!He rescued me. This was NOT Wayne's fault! He was never told until my 3rd phone call.I missed an 11AM appt. because of this. I'll forgive you but clean up your act. OK?

I had a pretty unpleasant experience with the Bob Baker Service Manager Norman Amabile. My 2015 Subaru Outback was towed to the service center on 24th July as there seemed to be some issue with the battery. The car was completely dead at the time it was towed. The solution found by the bob baker team was to replace with a new battery, and the job was completed. The next morning when i collected my car, i saw that the light on the back side of the trunk was on. It was extremely hot when I touched it and i realized that it had been left overnight since the work on the car was done previous night. This was a terrible oversight - as leaving a light on is pretty bad for the battery. especially in my case, when the car had specifically come in for that issue and a new battery was installed, i was shocked. The car was even vacuumed inside - so obviously the light must have been visible to the service agent. I called the Service Manager, Norman to talk about this. My experience talking to him was an example of worst costumer service. He was extremely rude, arrogant, defensive and without even understanding the situation was quick to point fingers on me!! He displayed very poor skills of talking to customers and couldn't care less about the issue at hand. He kept repeating that he has never heard something like this happen in all the years that he had worked! I am extremely upset with the way my situation was dealt. I had trusted my vehicle with Bob Baker and was very dissatisfied with the service provided and would like to bring this up to the higher management. To clarify, Zachary Lenfesty, the person who was helping me directly was pretty courteous and helpful and i have no complaints against him. I hope to hear back soon.

I thought that the service experience led by Julian was exceptional, though my impression is that it really is more like a standard of excellence that is met time and time again. I realize and appreciate that there is a big team that Julian works with and I appreciate all the working pieces. All facets of the experience from making the service arrangement, to drop off and set up with 'loaner' vehicle, to communication at each stage and the eventual return of the rectified vehicle was superb. Thank you very much Julian and all other members of the team.
