I have had Brent as a service provider the past two times my car needed service. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel really comfortable leaving our car in his hands. :)

this comment has nothing to do with the service provided - which although slow was excellent. More a commentary on VW - a $2000 consumable filter is pretty ridiculous on a passenger car, yet another item giving Diesel vehicles a bad name
Julian was OUTSTANDING. He provided amazing service from start to finish, listened to my concerns, and I knew my vehicle was in great hands. I felt he went above and beyond in making sure everything was handled. I will look for him every time I return. He truly understands what it means to provide great service.

After the first time I brought it in I had to bring it right back within a week for the same problems very inconvenient to bring it back twice. The alternator was not caught on the first trip to the shop which made me bring it back. Other than that Brent the service guy who helped me was very helpful

The best service experience I've ever had! Normally I dread anything that has to do with getting my car serviced, it's always been such a hassle, but not today. Tanner was very courteous and friendly, I was helped right away and hardly waited any time at all for my car. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me.
