I had a great experience at Bob Baker, as usual. Zach was amazing and understanding. He took his time and walked me through everything going on during a stressful time. I’m incredibly thankful for his patience and professionalism. He certainly deserves recognition and a raise.

My car was not ready on time. Also they left All there oil fingerprints on the side panel. And The mechanics were charging their phone in my car. My service experience was very poor.
