Although I am quite satisfied with my service, I’d suggest that the service department’s IT network needs to be improved. I was delayed by half an hour in completing my service due to an inefficient service document processing app.

Wait times for appointments are outrageous. Easy fix which only the dealership coupled knocked out. Shorten the wait times for appointments to 2 - 3 business days

I came for my yearly service at your dealership with a heavy heart knowing that I would not be seeing Ron Davis, my friend for 10 years and one of your best represented employees. Ron was someone I totally trusted and he always gave me outstanding advice. I thought this might be my last trip from Coronado to your dealership because of the loss of Ron. I found Bobby Reynolds to be an outstanding employee and very willing to talk about my cars problems and future service..that is needed. There are several changes that you all have made in information provided at the end of service that I feel from a safety standpoint should still be included in the service that a client is paying for. Please have someone contact me if you all would like to know what my feelings are. ****-****-xxxx I shall see you all soon again.

Two week old cabin filter was changed for 30 dollars....your techs could not tell the difference? .......you win 30 $ ..... You forget to change the tire air for 49$ ....thx....
