Bobby was very thorough and kind. When I came to pick up my car, paperwork, keys and my car were all ready for me. Very efficient!

My only objection is the service was supposed to take 4-5 hours. My appointment was at 8:00 and the car was not ready until almost 3:00, that is 2 hours late. It is fortunate I did not have anywhere to be, which I am sure is not the case with most of your clients.
Bobby is a rock star and took care of all my needs with the service.

As I drove my 2014 Outback home after my 5 year major service, I felt that wonderful new car again that I remembered the first day I bought it! Super sharp, responsive, smooth and quiet like new. Really enjoyed the road home and the great sound from the Harman Kardon sound system. (If only Suburu offered an after market upgrade to the Nav and head system for CarPlay then it would have been even better than new:)) Julian did a great job of keeping me informed through the service so I could pick up on schedule. Very satisfied.

The service was great I didn’t deal with him that much. My only thing is I told them I needed a ride at 4... and the shuttle I called at 3:40 and it took 40 minutes to come get me...I was informed it wouldn’t be a problem to get picked up at 4. I also think you should have shuttle service starting at 7am for those of us that work.
I understand there are other people and other priorities. Since there are 2 car companies under one I think there should be more shuttles during the week or at least a couple days a week.

I am satisfied with the outcome of service for my outback. My comment regarding the appointment is I had to wait too long for the appointment. I could not get in for 1 week to address the problems I was having with the car. This is too long to wait for an appointment. You should have appointments available everyday for people who have a problem that cannot wait for 1 week. Very unsatisfied with appointment wait time.

Will, Wayne and Eddie were great to work with. Will is very thorough, Wayne is a great story teller, and Eddie was very kind trying to figure out the issue with my vehicle. Today's experience was top notch in comparison to past visits at this location.
