I was told that the vacuum will be done from inside the car but unfortunately when I was delivered the car it was dirty and not cleaned at all from inside. It was disappointing , as basic vacuum was complementary and part of your service that the representative had committed.

The car is home alright, but I put $40 of gas in it as it only had a quarter of a tank, and it started to leak right away. I had to park it outside the garage as I was afraid that it might catch fire. All the way home it smelled of gas and I had to open the windows to air it out. Apparently , your boys didn't check any further to see if they got the problems, so therefore the vehicle is home but can't go out due to the fuel leakage. Zack is trying to get approval from my Geico agent to get the car towed (22 miles from Fallbrook) and next week is Thansgiving so I don't believe I'll have the car until the following week.

All of the belongings in my trunk were in disarray,the cargo net taken apart, a kite was broken and my car seat had been uninstalled. It is preferable to be informed before hand, I would have removed my items to avoid the mess, inconvenience and general last k of respect for my property. Also staff could not answer any questions about the installed hitch, like towing capacity.

A new car should NOT have to have a $450 repair within months of owning it, especially a Subaru. So I thought anyways. The warranty that comes with Subaru’s new cars sells false promises. Second to that, a simple wire replacement after quickly identifying the issue should not be charged for 3-4 hours of labor when in fact it only took 1 hour!!! Ridiculous. Great way to lose trust and business. I’ll make sure this to be the last Subaru I purchase. Extremely disappointed.
